They can sometimes retire the preview and it works but other times it requires a PC restart or closing/reopening After Effects.

The only thing they have in common is Windows 10 and CS6. It is a mix of 4th Gen, 8th Gen, and 9th Gen Core i7 CPUs and audio drivers both old and new.

The issue every computer that has Windows 10 and CS6 is that when doing a RAM preview with audio, After Effects displays an error that reads "After Effects warning: Unable to start audio playback. After Effects is up to date and Windows is v1803 build 17134.885. Recently, probably around July, we have had issues with users who use Adobe After Effects CS6 on Windows 10 PCs.
